Paragard

So I've had the Paragard for about a month and I'm now having severe pain in my right side that has been lasting about 5 hours already.

I'm starting to think it might be ovulation pain because of the timing in my cycle and the fact that its occurring on my right side (I had an ectopic pregnancy a few years ago that ruptured my left Fallopian tube and I had to have it and my left ovary removed) but I've never had ovulation pain before.

I'm just nervous that maybe it's another ectopic, or maybe something is wrong with the Paragard itself. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain and the fact that this feeling is so incredibly uncomfortable and painful is worrying me.

Any advise as to what it might be?
