Period on Implanon???

Question

I got it inserted 2 weeks after the start of my period. I was due to start my next period almost a week ago. I've had some brown discharge (obviously dried blood). But other than that no symptoms of anything. Is this normal? Can people please tell me about their experiences with Implanon????

I got mine inserted October 23, one week after my last period started and all this week I have also only had brown blood. Id say that's my period lol I'm happy with that, in other words spotting is pretty normal on the insert not a full blown period. Everyone is different and bodies tend to have very different symptoms. I honestly wouldn't worry about it unles you have a heavy flow for more than 2-3 weeks. That would suck. :))

I got mine inserted earlier this year. I bleed around 8/12days every 2 weeks. I went to the Dr and he put me on a mini pill to control.
