Water tastes like metal?

So, I'm thirsty. All day, everyday.. I've actually come to the point where water is now gross to me. I can't bring myself to drink it anymore.. It makes me gag (and be sick sometimes) I'm finding its all starting to taste like metal, I also have natural spring water and not city wAter.. Any suggestions on what else I can drink that's going to quench my thirst but not be high in sugar?
