With my first daughter I had an emergency C section, my dr says I'm a good candiate for vbac, but I am wondering if it would be easier to labor and give birth squatting or on all fours instead of on my back.. what are your experiences? I do not want a repeat csection but I do not feel like its a good idea for me to be on my back during labor and delivery.. I would also like to go without epidural.
