Hemorrhoid that won't go away

Hi, I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and I have been dealing with an external hemorrhoid since the beginning of pregnany. I don't currently have any symptoms but it's just constantly there. Looks like a deflated Balloon ..tmi I know. Is this normal? Do they never go away?
