Heating pads??

So I'm in my first trimester and this back pain is a force to be reckoned with! 🙄 any insights on using a heating pad to relive some of the aches?

My doctor recommended heating pad and Tylenol to me because my sciatic pain is super strong lately. So go for it!

I used a heating pad! Doctors say it's safe because it only gears a specific part of your body, it doesn't elevate your entire body temp..
