I had a pregnancy test this morning and it showed positive signal ... I donno the days when I had an intercourse with my bf ... My last period was on 27th sep-1st oct. What precautions should I take to avoid it

If the test says positive, you are more than likely pregnant. Get to your doctor asap.

Take more than one test to be sure! And make sure you take one in the mornin and one at night to make sure your hormone levels aren't affected for any reason. If you then are pregnant you must face your option of keeping the baby or ..... But definatley go to the doctor and reach out to fronds for help that you trust or family.
