Since we conceived before does that mean my tubes aren't blocked?

We have been trying for 12cycles and I'm just trying to figure out what the issue is. My doctor doesn't seem concerned since we did conceive before. I have regular period, I get positive opks. I just don't get it

I have a friend who had one child and has been trying now to have another for a couple of years.  She told me that she did have an STI between the two, and the doc told her that because of that, her tubes are now blocked. I'm not sure how they figured that out, but I know she's going to try ivf now because she knows what's wrong now and she really wants another.

Since we conceived before does that mean my tubes aren't blocked?
