Praying without religion or way to say it..
I don't really follow a specific religion but I do think I'm very spiritual. Even more so lately after 2 miscarriages. When I read people's posts on here about hard subjects my heart goes out to them and I want to extend love and let them know I'll be thinking of them when I meditate. Any ideas on what to say?
