Menstrual pain relief?

Hello I have very painful menstrual.cramps to the point of vomiting I was.wondering if any of you ladies have any at home remedies or ideas to help relieve this pain.

I also have had really painful menses. The pill helped it a lot for years, now that I'm off BC they are painful but not nearly as intense as they once were.

I agree with others about making sure your doc knows what's going on, and trying antiinflammatories .

I also had success with an electric heating pad, a big blanket, and kitty cuddles.

I agree with previous poster! you can also take anti-inflammatory pain relief, we call it ponstan or nurofen here. krill oil can also help. are you ttc? if not the birth control pill can help. eating a healthy diet and limiting caffeine, alcohol, red meat, dairy and sugar in the lead up to your period will help. also hot and sweaty excercise the day or so before your period can also help. I have endo, so incredibly painful periods and these tips really help!

I'm the same. I just take X2 paracetamol  with x2ibrufen every 6 hours  and a hot water bottle and bed :( I suffer with endo and extremely heavy periods :(
