I'm 29 weeks and I've been having bad hip pain on and off this pregnancy so far. Well about 20 mins ago I got out out of bed to make myself some breakfast and as I was walking, my hips just gave out on me and I fell over. I fell softly, so baby and I are okay, but my hips are still throbbing and I have work later today. Anyone know of any quick home remedies for the pain? I don't want to be falling around my job later.
