So I wasn't expecting to get pregnant of I would have already been in the process to quit vaping. My nicotine level was at 24 but as soon as we ford out I went down to 18. I'm trying to wean myself off. When I had my last miscarriage my doctor told me the next time I got pregnant not to quit all at once is I was still vaping because she doesn't want added stress on my bady. Has anyone else been in my position? What were some tricks you used to help you quit. If I slowly quit it will take me a month or so to get to zero nicotine.

I wish I could just put it down and be done with it but I'm already under so much stress. I have known for a week that I'm pregnant and I have been to the er 4 times already.
