Im having random really bad aches that last for like a second or two. It feels like its in my ovaries, more on the right side but sometimes the whole thing.

I just had a baby about 10 weeks ago and already had my first period a month ago. If i were to judge my cycle according to what it used to be then im 4 days late.

So two questions, what could the pain possibly be and when your period resumes after birth, does it become an irregular cycle for a few months.

Ps. Ive had a cyst on my ovary before
