Hi beautiful women. My heart is broken

Yesterday, I started bleeding a lot. It felt like my period had come. NO Pain. AT ALL. I went to the ER. Blood test, normal. Urine, normal. But my ultrasound showed my 6 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy. Yolk sac and gestational sac are there but no fetal pole and no pulse.

However, both ER OBYGNs said my cervix is close.

Now, I must wait a week to see if my baby is there. However, there is the risk I will miscarry. Bleeding has diminished and there is still no pain.

My God is a mighty God and it's all now in his hands.
