IUD Today!
In a few hours I'm going to have the Skyla inserted (first time with an IUD & I've never had any children)... I have anxiety and sometimes get panic attacks so I'm wondering what medicine I should take before I go? I do have medication for my panic attacks, but I don't like to take it often. So I thought I'd take that and tylenol? Is that enough?
I've read so many horror stories about how bad it hurts and I'm wishing I hadn't now 😰
