Back acne

Hi everyone, I know this has nothing to do with sex or anything but would just like people opinions and thoughts on this..

This is my boyfriends back (excuse the scratch marks 😳..) and as you can see there are small spots but then there are the other red spots that fill his back. We are just wondering I've this is something that can be rid of with a cream or some sort of treatment? As it makes him feel uncomfortable while being in front of his friends (on holidays etc)

I'm not too bothered about it because I love him, but I'd like to put his mind at ease for him 🙂 if anyone knows any creams or what this could be etc please let me know :) thank you!! 💗
