Healthy 70/30 diet to horrible...
Ugh. What is happening. I used to workout and eat fairly healthy (about 70% of the time) haven't been a big soda drinker on years. We never have it at the house, only if I ever would go out for a drink (vodka and diet) for some reason the past 2 weeks that's all I want instead of my usual water jug. Well that and salt!!!! Chips and salsa, french fries, anything salty. And the occasional rare toaster strudel. Which is also something I never bought. Hahaha hoping this will pass when the second trimester starts bc I'm still working out at least 3 days a week and I want a healthy pregnancy. I'm 30 years old pregnant with baby number 2 (my daughter is 8) and I'm 10 weeks tomorrow. HELP!
