Preeclampsia

So since the beginning of my pregnancy, I've had high blood pressure but prior to it I've had regular readings. They tested my urine and found a little bit of protein in it and said I might have preeclampsia but I'm going to be monitored this week. They say if it gets worse, I might deliver early. I'm scared! I'm only 29 +4 days !! I'm also a diabetic, had it since I was 3..kind of scared!  Anyone go through this already? Need advice..
