When to take a HPT

It's the day after my missed period at 6 o'clock. When tonight should I take a HPT? Like how long of a hold?

I would take one with your first morning urine!  That will give you the most accurate result!

If you haven't tested already and still want to, I'd try to hold for at least 4 hours before testing.  But fmu is best! Good luck!!
