Miscarriage symptoms

So I think I had a miscarriage I'm not sure I have irregular period and usually don't have one. That whole week I couldn't eat and if I did I would throw it up my husband and I were having problems I got very upset and started noticing bleeding and then for the last 4 days I had very bad bleeding and cramps that I couldn't even take it was so bad. I usually don't get cramps when starting my period I never went to the doctor to see if I miscarriaged after I got my period my appetite came back and no vomiting anymore. How soon can I concieve after a miscarriage if I did have one ? And is that symptoms of a miscarriage ? Thank you ladies lots of baby dust!!!! And good luck to everyone
