No Taste for Meat!?!? 😕

I am currently 4w5d and since before I found out I was pregnant I did not have a taste for any meat...I know I need a great amount of protein and I am sometimes eating only because I know I need to, but has anyone else experienced this? Anyone had or have not had taste for things? By the way nothing has given me nausea, only heightening senses....

I'm 8 1/2 weeks, and I dont eat nearly anything that I used to. I didn't start getting bad nausea till about 6 weeks. I don't eat any meats, and most stuff used to eat makes me sick. There are plenty of alternatives for protien rather than meat like beans, eggs, peanut butter ect. Your appetite will probably change alot, just got to do find what works best for you and make changes making sure getting nutrients need.

Me too! Don't want any meat. I made some salmon and ate some crab but the thought of eating meets just totally of putting

I was appalled by chicken at first. It all tasted raw. I couldn't even stand to smell it.

Nothing is making have the urge to gag or throw up just yet which is good but I'm a bit worried that I may not be eating enough because I'm only eating very small portions of meat but doubling up on other forms of protein. I may just be overreacting and looking too deep into things....😒

I don't eat red meat right now. I've only been eating chicken or fish. My nutritionist doesn't see it as a big deal. I can't help it, I get seriously grossed out by it lol

When I was about 5 weeks I wanted no meat whatsoever. If I tried to eat meat, I would throw it up. Now I'm 9 weeks. I can eat meat, but I have morning sickness all day, every day. I'm noticing my food preferences change day to day. Some days I want bacon and some days I don't. I'm just going with the flow.
