Pcos pain

I was diagnosed with pcos about a year ago. Had a ct scan and they said its really bad. The pain recently is unbearable. Nothing seems to help at all. Lower left side tonight. Sometimes its on the right but mostly the left. Ive googled but not much info on the pain.

Me and my huband have been trying to get pregnant for 7 years now and nothing because of this. Droctor says diet and exercise. I have been. My weigh actually keeps going up. I was put on metformin a month ago to help but it isnt doing anything but give me the runs.
