Headache relief?

Question

I just reached my 2nd trimester and I have had a severe headache for 3 days! I have taken Tylenol, had a massage, heating pad, drank ridiculous amounts of water, even tried caffeine. Nothing seems to help. Any advise on what else to try to relieve the pain?

I have had them too during my pregnancy. I found that getting a bag of frozen veggies...
Fill the sink or tub with really hot water
Put your feet in the water and the veggies on the back of your neck and relax for 10 min worked wonders for me.

Yes make an appointment or call for advise. They can get pretty bad. I suffer with migraines and had to be given prescribed meds nothing else works. Good luck hope u feel better.
