Possible pregnancy?

We have been trying to conceive for almost a year. I also tried preseed and ovulation kit this month. I am 5 days away from expected period. On Saturday i woke up to swollen throat, hot flashes\ feverish clammy.thought it was cold\ flu. This lasted til sunday night. Also, i have had tummy troubles for past few days.

Today i decided to use my acne cream as i noticed a couple blemishes. My acne cream caused a burning sensation almost like a chemical burn on my face. Wondering if sensitivity towards skin products might be a sign.
