Quick question

My entire pregnancy I've only gone to my obgyn. I've not gone to a doctor, doctor if that makes sense? I see all these women talking about tdap, and shots getting vaccinated while pregnant and I've honestly not been told anything about that. My insurance had assigned me a doctor but he was my Dr from when I was under 18

Not sure if it's necessary to go to one, and if my lack of going is the reason why I haven't been informed of any shots

I guess my real question is how many of you have only seen am obgyn as well and not a separate doctor on the side
