I'm so scared. My 4 year old son is a wild sleeper. He kicked me in my stomach while he was sleep about 20 minutes ago and I've been having this sharp pinching like pain on my left side that now changed to a dull pain in my back and my whole stomach. I'm going to call my Dr in the morning but should I be worried? The pain isn't excruciating but I'm still my baby could be in danger
