Insurance not covering Level 2 ultrasound?
Has anyone else has issues with their insurance denying coverage for the level 2 ultrasound, claiming its investigational? I'm hoping to get the doc office to change the code and hopefully it gets covered but wth? Isn't that a standard test now?
