What to expect at first appointment?

I recently scheduled my first appointment with my OB/GYN. By the time the appointment is here I will be 6 weeks and 5 days. I am not sure exactly what to expect, so I was wondering, what usually happens during the first visit with the doctor?

I got a pap (check for cervical cancer), they went down the line of me and my spouse family askin does anyone have Down syndrome, autism etc, check weight and height and I was 6 weeks 4 days at my apt and they gave me an ultra but you couldn't see anything so they did it vaginally and yep. You could see there was a baby there

Mostly paperwork, nothing too exciting

At mine they had already gotten all my medical history and stuff over the phone prior. I went in, filled out some paperwork and consent forms. Then had a confirmation ultrasound for dates. Had blood drawn and had an "interview" with a nurse where she literally gave me a bunch of packets and pamphlets and stuff.

For me my doctor asked a couple questions, like if I ever had diabetes, if mine or my husband's family had a history of disabilties, the normal do you smoke or drink. She asked if I wanted to do the genetics test. Then she did an ultrasound to give me my due date. And then she took my blood. Every doctor is different tho. Some doctors won't even do an ultrasound until your at least 9 weeks.

Blood taken, and background history..mainly things of if you or someone in the family has had any medical issues..
