So I had Nexplanon put in July 29th and my first period with it started August 26th and "ended" on November 6th. Lately I have been having a ton of brown discharge, but last night I had discharge that was black. I'm talking black, black, tar-like-stick-a-dinasour-in-it-and-he-will-die, black. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative so my husband and I crossed an ectopic pregnancy off the list. I just had my pelvic exam two weeks ago so it's not cancer or an infection. Any ideas? Anybody else experience something like this?
