If I go to get a legal separation started for a divorce does my husband have to be with me? Do they have to contact him and if so how..by phone or mail? I've made up my mind, no kids, we havnt talked in days and I (do not want to talk to him for anything) I'm ready to get this over with. Do they talk to him for me or what?
