How do you make your Turkey juicy, Tender & flavorful?

I use those roasting bags. It really seemed to work for locking in the juices.

I usually bring mine a little beforehand, and I never bake my stuffing inside the bird. Instead, i do carrot, celery, and onions inside the turkey and a few pats of butter under the skin. Helps keep it juicy and the skin gets a little crisper. Then add some chicken stock in the roaster pan and sprinkle some salt, pepper, and a tiny dash of poultry seasoning on top the turkey. Every so often, I use the baster to put some of the broth back over. Also, for extra flavor we keep the liver and heart in the pan, in the broth. I cover the turkey for the first half of baking with tin foil, then remove it for the remainder.
