What to get my SO for Christmas

I'm not too sure what to get him, we are moving this weekend and with this being our first Christmas in our own home I want to make it special. We went to look at watches and we are always out looking at shoes. He's a pretty classy man but I'm not sure which route to go. I feel like GC are not personable but I'm afraid he won't like what I decide.
