So, this is going to be tmi. Fair warning.

My normal cycle is 5 days of bleeding. Fist day is spotting. Second day is VERY heavy flow. Third day is light and it gradually gets lighter over the remaining days.

However, this time I came down with the flu on sunday. I started spotting late Sunday evening. Monday I was light. And by Tuesday there was nothing. Tuesday was also the worst day of the flu.

So, my question is could this shorter lighter period be due to the flu?
