Headaches?

Anyone else experience extreme headaches at 16w4d?

I've been having headaches practically daily since my second trimester started. I've found a combination of any of these things works best for me: quiet, dark, peppermint oil on my temples, ice pack on my head, lavender eye mask (got it on amazon).

I have had horrible headaches and migraines every day for 2 weeks! Tylenol wasn't cutting it so I called my doctor and asked if I could take Excedrin mild headache or tension headache because neither of those has aspirin. She said yes so I took it and the migraine was gone within 30-45 minutes! Ask your doctor; it's a miracle worker! :)

I had a constant headache the first trimester. They'd occasionally turn into full blown, awful headaches. I still get the awful headaches on occasion. I usually just lay down in the dark and rub my head/neck until I feel better or fall asleep.

Girl im 20 weeks and I get the worst pregnancy migraines. Almost every day.

I had a solid migraine for about 6 days before I finally got relief. Then I've been getting them off and on like I did with DD. I've had to take Fioricet which helps minimally.

Yeah I've been getting headaches most days- but I also cut off all caffeine and my doctor recommend have a cup of half decafe/ half regular coffee everyday and that small amount of caffeine has really helped my headaches.

I get almost daily headaches since starting the 2nd trimester. Tylenol does nothing. I've never been a regular coffee drinker, so it's not caffeine related. Going to discuss it with my OB at my 20 wk visit next week cuz the headaches make it hard to function.

Yes, I am getting them way more now. And the only thing that helps is cold ice on the back of my neck and Tylenol some of the time. I would definetly express the concern to your ob while there may be no cause for concern you really can never be to sure. Good luck!

I get headaches when my blood sugar drops. A quick snack of fruit, cheese stick, or crackers usually does the trick.
