I have a 2 month old and have only breastfed so far and just started trying to pump and give bottles during the day as if I'm back at work already to try And prepare him for daycare in 4 weeks. So i currently nurse him from 6 pm-8am then pump 3 times during the day and get about 4 oz total each time which is exactly what he eats. The only extra I get is at 4 am -4 oz every day. I think I'd like to pump only and give bottles at night to am I crazy for doing this or should I stick with breastfeeding to? What's easier? He goes every 2 hours when nursing vs sometimes 3 hours with a full bottle. Any tips would be great!
