Please help.

So I still haven't got my period it was supposed to start on Nov 9 I've taken 3 all negative then I took two today and they went real slow then showed neg, usually it shows up real fast neg. But when my sister found out she was pregnant hers went super slow like mine did and she got a very light positive line she was 8 weeks. Maybe i dont have enough hormone level or am I just really late on my period ugh please help..
