Anyone have a second..?

I was raped and had a misscarrrige last year. Ever since then I've been having really bad menstral cramps and random pelvic pain.  The pain is worse on my right side. I am STI free. I did not get checked out after it happened.

When I tell my gynecologist this,  would kind of things would he do? Any testing? 
Would they do an ultrasound or no? If they don't can I ask for one.?  Wpuld they think that is rude of me..?

I think they would do a blood test, urine and a pamp smear because of the pain they may do an ultrasound. It's not bad to ask at all if you want one.

Definitely go to the doctor and tell them what's going on. They will take the necessary steps and procedures to find out the root cause

I am not positive on this but I believe they need to confirm that everything was fully eliminated during a miscarriage. Any reminents left behind could cause an infection or other complications. Definitely go get checked. I would guess it is nothing that couldn't be taken care of though. Good luck an I hope you feel better.

Wow. I am so sorry you have gone through those terrible things. It sounds like an ovarian cyst. I would have it checked out. They probably will do an ultrasound. If not, you can definitely ask for one. Best wishes to you.
