Hcg levels

I'm so lost yall. AF is due 11/20 but I have had faint positives the past couple of days and then hcg blood test today was 11.14 nurse said was very low and could be due to me being early.. I mc in sept and the ER diagnosed me at first then with a threatened miscarriage due to low levels and they were 260's at 4w3d... I should be 3w5d today.. Any insight?
