Do prenatals help?

My boyfriend and I have been TTC since July with no luck.. I was told to start taking prenatals and that they will help... Is that true ?

Doesn't matter if they help or not, you should be taking them to reduce the possibility of birth defects. As long as you are trying to conceive and or once you find out. But they suggest you be taking them for at least a month before concieving.

I took prenatals and made my hubby take a multi vitamin here I am 16 weeks pregnant

It worked for me took me 7 months to conceive and the month before I conceived I had got started in prenatals I believe that helped me.
