Ways to get rid of extreme bloat and heartburn?

Just started, randomly, two days ago. Sometimes I can barely stand because the heartburn is so bad. And I'm SO bloated, worse than ever before! Not pregnant (ovul week). Any advice on how to get rid of this awfulness?

Do u have anxiety or high stress job? Do u have coffee ground looking poop? I know tmi. But I have heartburn n when it's really bad it usually is ulcers bc I have a high stress job and anxiety. I take Prilosec or omeprazole they r same thing but found at places like cvs if u buy the one labeled omeprazole it's cheaper which is wierd. If u try it take it in am at least 30 min before u eat anything. Hope this helps if u have coffee ground poop or start vomiting blood go to ER
