I had WLS in July and lost a total of 86lbs. I know the doctor said to wait at least a year before tying to have a baby but I am now 3 days late with lower abdominal cramping, milky discharge and tender breasts. I normally have a tenderness when I am ovulating and right before my period starts they stop but not this time. I am concerned if I am pregnant only 4 months out it can mess my weightloss journey up. Has anyone had WLS and gotten pregnant within the 1st 6 months or year?
