Baby travel?

When should babies be able to travel?  My husband and I might relocate in January. ..or sooner but I am due in February.  I'm worried about bumpy roads and sids?

Babies can pretty much travel immediately but you'll have to stop at least every three hours to feed. If you get a travel bassinet they are sids safe as long as there's no loose sheets or blankets.

I've never known of any travel restrictions. Just be up to date on car seat safety and regulations and plan for frequent stops. I'm flying with the baby at 6-8 weeks (quick one hour flight) and then my husband and I are traveling together with the baby by plane to Costa Rica at 4 months old.
