Why am i fat. Why.

I feel so fat! All my parents do is give me the fat talk, and I honestly want to loose weight. I want to be more appealing and I honestly want to love myself. I have been so close to thinking about throwing up and purging and im so sick of myself... I dont know what to do and i really want to give up..😔

Its very hard and takes discipline but do what you can to exercise 30m per day and eat clean food. Have a "cheat" day once every week or two. Don't throw up your food.. Thats not going to help you. Your teeth will begin to rot and your body will just hold on to whatever food it has so your metabolism will be super slow, which is what you don't want. Have a friend join you to hold you accountable! You can do this!

Love yourself! I'm in the same boat. I used to be anorexic and then last year I went through some pretty bad depression and gained 50 pounds. Since then I have had trouble trying to lose it. 
Exercise is important along with healthy food! Look at your meal portions and eat decently :) also make sure you are positive and love yourself because if you don't that can alter your health! The way you see yourself is so important!

Try and find some motivation. I was in this state but I got so fed up with it one day and thought that no one deserves to feel that way. You will be amazed at how good exercising makes you feel, even if you begin with walking at a fast pace to burn a few calories. I don't know how overweight you are or what type of shape you are in but if you can do a little running add that to your walking! And eventually you'll want to run even more. Try Pinterest for beginner workouts at home if you don't have a gym membership.

Well depending how old you are you might want to see a doctor that will then take u to a dietician or nutrionist. Never make yourself throw up its very bad for you. We will all support you. The 1st 2 weeks are always the hardest. But just listen to music and power through it
