Spotting with Femara/Letrozole
I started 5mg of Femara two days ago on cycle day 4 and have very light spotting...I've only had it twice while wiping. Is this common while taking Femara? I've been on clomid before for 3 cycles and spotted horribly and had AWFUL side effects, but so far I've had no side effects except for the spotting while taking Femara. Thanks!
