I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a little Brown blood on the toilet paper. I'm 6 weeks today with my first I don't have any cramping just normal gas pains in my upper stomach ever now and then. What could have caused the spotting is it normal when should I be worried? I've been very constipated trying to up my fiber intake by eating high fiber foods and drinking prune juice. I feel like I sound crazy with all the weird changes.
