Hi! I'm an 11th grader and I have an ex who I've been with for two years. We still talk and everything he still cares about me and loves me, he did do wrong by me in the past when we first started dating do to his friends influence. I just talked to him yesterday and asked is he just not committed and he said that's not it he can be committed but he's labeled from what he did to me and slowly is just giving up putting the energy but not just that he doesn't want me to waste my time on him cause of how he views hisself now from what others perceive him as. He says he just comes to terms with it now and he just doesn't have any energy to put into a relationship though he said he would want to try and go out again. We really care about each other and love each other and I really want to be with him but I don't know what to do I feel like since we talked we have a better understanding now but what could I do?
