What does cycle regularity mean?

This is probably a dumb question and I think I know the answer but in your profile what does the cycle regularity mean? Is it how long your period is?

From what I gathered via google....the "cycle regularity" is how close your start day is to your "cycle".  So we'll go with they say is the average cycle....28 days.  Every 28 days, here comes "Flow".  But because that is not an exact, sometimes she is early/late.  If she is no greater than 5 days from your typical 28 days, then that is considered "Regular".  In other words, while one's cycle may be 28 days, "Flow" may show up on the 23rd day.....or on the 33rd day.  Both are with their < 5 day, "grace period".

Answer

A cycle is how many days is in between each period. Say your cycle is 30 days. This means you would get your period every 30 days. It's not always exactly on time, though!
