Husband issues...

So... My husband lost his job in May because he lied on his time sheet and because he complained on the job site. He changed jobs like 2 times since and now I am catching him leaving home late everyday! I am afraid he will lose his new job again. I already talked to him a about it but he doesn't seem to care or think it's a big deal! We have a 4 year old and a mortgage to pay. I don't know what to do anymore!
