Progesterone medications?

Question

So I'm on a few things for my pregnancy in hopes of not miscarrying like the previous 3. So question for those of you taking the progesterone inserts do you feel like they absorb or just leak out everywhere no matter what? I haven't been able to contact my prescribing fertility doctor,just my obgyn. To see if there are other options or something I can do about it. Any help ladies??

I have them twice daily too and notice I leak a bit.. Was warned though..
Has anyone had any pink cm from using them???? I have and it worries me a little! Xx

I am taking vaginal progesterone and just push it up pretty far. I do not feel any leaking nor do I feel the pill. I do, however, have noticed when I urinate I'll see the contents of the pill (leftovers) and have increased discharge

I use transdermal progesterone cream that I rub in to different areas like my inner arms, chest, etc. It soaks in really fast.

The kind I'm on can be used vaginally or rectally and I find that I get a lot leas leakage using them rectally. But I was also told that the actual progesterone is absorbed within minutes. The leakage is mostly just the carrier material (fat).

I am on Crinone this time around. Hopefully this time I won't miscarry like my other three. I had to dig out some gunk out this morning in the shower. They do come out but some stay up there and it is gross.

I take the suppository at bed time. They absorb while you sleep. Obviously not all of it does and you do get discharge but they've been working for me.

Yes... I take them vaginally, too. My horomone doctor put me on Progesterone tablets when it was at 11. Which she said was pretty low. Now that I've been inserting them. My Progesterone has risen to a 28 (that was a week and a half ago). But it does give me yellow-ish discharge and I get a lot of watery discharge, too. Totally normal :)

I was on two different types 4 times a day. A gel and a wax type. The gel was just a simple insert with an applicator and off you go. The wax I needed to lay down for at least 30mins after inserting it. Both types had leakage tho. With the lay down one, I used to race to the toilet after I'd stood up as the leakage was bad haha sorry tmi! But maybe try that, it's a lot less messy. Leakage is very normal tho so I would try not to worry. But if you really don't like it, it was suggested to me to use them as a suppository instead (my first pregnancy, I had an allergic reaction  to them). I didn't like that idea so never actually tried it but my fertility specialist said there is much less leakage and they're absorbed better that way. So maybe check with your fertility specialist if that's something you can consider.

I do it right before I fall asleep and I lay on my back when inserting. After that I roll around and do whatever until I sleep :) best thing I can suggest is do it before bed!
