So I had endometriosis surgery last year on Nov. 17 and it has been a year and we still haven't gotten pregnant. We did use clomid and letrozole plus HCG shot for 6 months and still nothing. We just got married on November 14, 2015 and we really want to get pregnant. But it's so hard when there isn't anything wrong. My husband had a sperm analysis done they said his sperm volume was high and that he should us the pull out method. Tried that and still nothing. I looked online and everyone who had had the surgery has gotten pregnant in 3 to 6 months. Just at a lose right now 😣😣😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
